I received a text message stating that the tire rotation was not recommended; thus I was not expecting to have it done. When arrived to pick up my vehicle I was told that the tire rotation was done because the service A1 required it no matter what. Im my opinion that’s not acceptable, I feel not safe at all driving the vehicle, because it is not clear if the tire are still good or not. Thanks

Worst experience ever. I purchased my car in February an I was even offered an extended warranty. Second time visit same experience, as I got charged for oil change and even for tire rotation. I asked employee to check on my electric passenger window, he immediately mentioned if I did that my pick up time was 5pm, which seemed an obvious intention to have me opt out of request to their convenience. I’m even more concerned overall. What is the point of buying the car and including all warranties offer when they deceive you for you to find out under these circumstances. I’m August they offer me an “apology” free oil change. I did not see that even today. Worst experience. $139 dollar, which I was given back a refund and never come back.
