The rezone is when you make appointments that mean your service start and that time not still waiting for 3 hours only for an oil change and put one adviser while another one just walks around I saw one of the mechanics for over one hour when I was in the waiting room he was chit chatting while I was waiting for my car get done
When you make a doctor's appointment you expect to take you at that time not still sitting there for 2 or 3 hours until getting your turn
Getting fast service should be part of the service
