The service was to long and the quote for the key fob was ridiculous. Norm Reeves honda has the same key + programming for $200, that's $120 less. You can buy 2 key fobs on Amazon for $20, I know they are uncut and not programmed but that can be done for $50. That pricing is insulting to the public. $320 for a key? What planet do u live on? Greed makes fools of us and Alhambra Goudy Honda are fools. The vending machines didn't work, the bathrooms were dirty. The guy who checked me out was rude. The service department manager explained to me just to get the guts of key and Change them...huh you just asked me to pay $320 but now you are telling a way to hack the key for cheap??? Weird, and unprofessional. Sorry I would never recommend Goudy Honda to my worst enemy.
