My car was parked inside the garage welcome area after the service was complete. After I paid for the service I went to walk to my car, right in front of where my car was parked was a very wet spot - unbeknownst to me as there was no sign and no one gave a warning like “something just leaked over there so be careful.” I ended up slipping on the water and I fell all the way onto my back and hit my head. Someone did run over to ask if I was okay but what could be done at that point? When you have that kind of flooring where even a little water makes it slippery you should be extra cautious to make sure your customers are alerted.
