I’d like to discuss the quality of the fabric stain protection service I purchased when I bought the car from you. I’d also like to send you photos from the car as there were multiple untouched stains. I was talked into purchasing this when I wanted leather and you did not have it available when I bought my car, and it’s been nothing but a problem. I’m very disappointed in it. The service staff you have are always professional; they are one of the reason I keep returning. However, yesterday I was told I really needed four new brakes and the 100k service work. This would cost me $1500+. I then took my car to two other shops for estimates and was told quite a different story. I needed back brakes and all of my filters were in good condition still. I then spent $350 with someone else and will continue to take my Honda there. It’s not convenient to come to your store, but I’ve made repeated attempts. Now, I just really feel that you won’t take care of me fairly or effectively. That was my last visit and I’d like to be reimbursed for the protection plan. Thank you. Patty Janes

I made an appointment with Claudia for 08/06/18 at 1:00 in the afternoon. But when I arrived for my appointment I was told it had not been scheduled. They were still able to see me, which was great. However time is valuable and though it was a simple mistake , it is still a mistake anyway. Also your system for confirmation was neglegted by me since i was out of town and Claudia also was told of this before I left town at my aetting up the appointment with her. Got my car "detailed", however upon picking up my car I called and left a message requesting a call back since service center was closed. I wish I could have looked at my car before having my mother come pay. Understandable every dog hair could not be removed, but the mirror, and Windows appeared neglected by the team along with interior surfaces. I am unsure if my seats should have been cleaned as part of the package but i hope they were not as they were not cleaned either. There are many spots which a baby wipe could make contact with and clean off. I know this because my mother and I sat in the parking lot inspecting the vehicle and the "detail" work, using a baby wipe to touch various spots which were not wiped down. I hope my maintenance for my vehicle was done more thoroughly than this. I will not be getting another detail package with Honda. Typically my experience with Honda is nothing less than exceptional, the mark was missed with this one unfortunately. Not only was my car in the shop longer than I was originally told, it was not done well enough to justify the extra time spent. A full refund or 80% of the detail invoice comped could result in overall satisfaction. Chad was fine over the phone. I did tell him I had a lot of dog hair making my appointment he said okay,then called and said they were concerned because it was a lot of hair. I mentioned this when I scheduled. Slightly frustrating, next time, I will wipe,my windows with Windex and vacuum my own car as a way to avoid the frustrations, this experience has resulted in.
