I thought Randy was nice but whoever did the interior detailing on my car did a horrible job. You charge $150 for the service but your guys just do a whatever job. Randy asked them to clean it again but it was still bad. There were spots that weren’t vacuumed and others that were very dirty still. I went back home and cleaned it myself and it all came off. Also, I brought the car for a brake inspection as it wasn’t braking properly. Your mechanics changed the rotors even thought they didn’t need to be changed. The car wasn’t shaking or anything when braking. I wasn’t offered to see the old parts that you replaced even thought I am entitled to see them by law. I bought a new car from you two years ago and referred two of my colleagues to your dealership. However, I don’t have any confidence in your dealership anymore. I will make sure to post this review online and to let all my friends and coworkers at Grand Valley know about my experience. Offering me a $25 discount is not a good solution for your workers sloppy work.

Service Manager Jesse Wells is outstanding. He was able to diagnose the problem with my 2016 Pilot in less than 30 minutes, order the parts and schedule the repair for today.the work was completed ahead of schedule and he gave me a loaner CRV without me even asking. Your service department is amazing. Jesse is outstanding!
I have been trying for 7 months to get this problem fixed at Fox Honda on 29th street where I purchased the car. I will never buy another car at Fox. Your dealership is the place for all my future Honda purchases and all service needs! Jesse deserves a pay raise!
