I was mostly satisfied. The van still pulls to the right, but this isn't a total surprise since I had the same thing happen with a local shop. I was just hoping that you would be able to correct the issue. It does appear by the diagram that it has been improved.

This was my first time having my accord serviced at your dealership. I had an issue with my alternator (I didn’t know it when I made the appointment) and Jesse explained everything that needed to be done in a clean and concise manner. He made sure I had a ride to work and a ride in to pick up my car. He explained everything about the completed service and the warranty on the alternator. I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely be back again.

No dissatisfaction with Cody. We spoke on Monday discussing the recommended repairs and ending the conversation with my request to hold before proceeding replacing my rear brakes.
I called and requested the service dept on Tuesday at approximately 1:35pm and spoke to a different gentlemen as Cody was unavailable and advised to go ahead and proceed replacing the rear brake pads and turning of the rotars as well as to make sure tire rotation had been done which he stated he would make sure he related the information to Cody and have him call me should he have any questions.
As I did not receive a call at all today I contacted Cody this evening who was unaware I had called in yesterday and didn’t receive any message from the person I spoke to therefore a delay in having the work completed resulted. Although I was not an immediate need of my car being returned I want to provide the feedback for the ball dropped in customer service.
