Technicians scratched my wood grained dash when replacing the tacat passages side airbag and failed to confess to the damage. I expect all Honda technicians to be accountable for the actions rather than the customer finding the damage. I found this lack of accountability highly disturbing I brought this to Chris’s attention who profusely apologized and took full responsibility to order a new part today and contact me tomorrow morning to schedule a return visit to have the dash panel replaced. Otherwise, I felt the service writers treated me perfectly with the utmost professionalism and courtesy making me feel as a highly valued customer.
