I went in to have a recall (shifter recall on my 2013 Honda CR-V) fixed on Friday November 1. I was told it'd be an hour and a half at the most, and it took over 2 hours. The service rep that "helped" was not very helpful and didn't go over anything with me after the work was completed. On Saturday November 2, my vehicle wouldn't shift into park. I called Serra Honda and was told to bring it in and they'd fix it. When I got to Serra, I was told they were backed up and they would look at it as soon as they could. Upon further conversation, it was implied that it'd be a couple hours before it could be looked at. I asked if there were any rental cars available, as I had other things I had to get done and was told there weren't. So I had to wait. Overall, I'm not too satisfied with Serra Honda.
