Dwaine knows customer service. He makes me feel confident that my car is taken care of properly. It’s so nice to be able to trust that your needs will be met. Dwaine is always friendly and kind. I would not take my cars anywhere else to be serviced and I also keep buying the Honda Brand because I have positive experiences.

Although Dwain In service and the service tech Long Tran were excellent the service manager was a complete **** when I called him with concerns about my car he informed me that he was not there to make sure I had a car to drive he was make sure my car was repaired well if it takes you for days to repair my car then I need a car to driveHighly unsatisfied with his attitude that he gave me and hope to never have to deal with him again not a very pleasant customer experience from the manager

Came to pick up my car and the keys were not in it as discussed but my vehicle was unlocked. It was after closing so if I had not come to try and pick it up my vehicle would have been unlocked over night. My car could have been stolen or things inside of it could have been damaged. I don’t understand how something so important was missed.
