This is the third time I’ve had to return another day after having service work done. My vehicle was late, and i had a hard time getting updates on the status from Randy (after it was originally scheduled for pick-up. A voicemail to Xavier yesterday has yet to be returned almost 2 business days later. I think we’re done having Serra service our Hondas, including the new one we just bought in April. Our original service working with Jesse was great, but things have definitely gone downhill.
