My Odyssey is showing an issue problem which has confused the service department. They have been more than accommodating in an attempt to find and resolve the problem. I am bringing the vehicle in question to the dealership and leaving it for tech support on Wednesday. We all hope for a resolution to the issue then.

I have been taking my car to this Honda location for two years. It is the only place I’ve received care. I brought my car in due to the noise from my tires. I was told my tired are sort of wonky and need new tires. When I asked what is the cause of this, I was told it’s because I don’t get routine tire changes. I have scheduled all my routine tire changes with Honda and asked for one the last time I got an oil change. I was told I did not need a tire change. So I was told the cause of now getting new tires is because of something that didn’t happen. When I was told by the place I trusted that I didn’t need a tire rotation. Now I do not have faith or trust with Honda and will take my car to a new mechanic. Today has confirmed the rumors that are told out there that “dealerships just want the money.”

She was very slow returning calls-I had to call her inquiring about the status of my car. She said she was going to let me know on it’s status in Mon. I texted her- then left a voice mail. I called again -would have had to leave another voice mail then I called back to find out she was off. I asked for someone else - found out my car had been done since 10 am. I received no call. I called & then we r to the garage around 1:30 pm & Danielle helped me. She was very helpful but Shawna was not. Very disappointing
