Cody, may not have been able to diagnose the problwm, but he was completely humble, communicatice, and none of the stereotypes typically associated with maintnence technicians.

I felt like the communication was poor on what was being done to my vehicle. There was an altercation between me and the technician and I felt like he was very rude and un professional. I was lied to about what was done to my car and do not trust the technician Dan to perform and work on my vehicle again. Overall Serra Honda is a great facility.

It took 4 hours and 15 minutes to check out a headlight that only needed to put back in correctly. The only update I received is when and went and asked after 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was told it be done quickly at that time. Another hour and a half past. I came in with an appointment just asking to check it out. I was con into cleaning the lenses which they did before even checking to see what was wrong with the light. The lenses were not cleaned very well.
