Dwain does a wonderful job for me everytime. He is the reason I keep coming back. He sees that I get what I am asking for and on an occasion if something goes wrong he takes care of me. Your poeople in the garage at Serra Honda never disappoint me. If something goes wrong it gets taken care of.

Came in for an alignment. Rear wheels were not able to be aligned. Upon hearing I had an appointment and needed the car, only the fronts were done and I was on my way. The rears were pretty fine anyway. Thanks for providing this easy solution!

Serra Honda has always done everything right for me. I just wish I didn't live so far away - Canadian Lakes, and a lot of us have Hondas but no local Honda service. Sure could use a Honda dealer in Mt. Pleasant of Big Rapids. Please consider that.

Randy was great. Was surprised that 1) the $120 diagnostic fee was on top of the repair bill (I already knew that the error codes were showing cylinder misfires). 2) $34.95 PER spark plug is excessive (unless this includes some other parts beyond the $5 plug. Overall, spark plug change with an oil change for $520 is an expensive bill.

Kind of rude when I mentioned I was surprised my oil was low since it had been less than 5,000 miles since my last one. My alternator went out right after I left and I called back and both gentlemen I spoke to were quite rude and not helpful in the fact that my car had no issue coming in but won’t start 30 minutes after I leave. No empathy or willing to work things through.
