The service writer was absolutely amazing she did a great job but your mechanic decided to brake my brake pad off not put it back on or try to put it back on then still charged me $66 for the diagnostic stuff so now if my brakes go out and I crash I will be sending the insurance bills to you guys just so you know

I don’t usually or like to be negative. But I wish there was more care for the car when it’s serviced. There was dust and dirt on the inside when I got it back. No big deal but you’re the best and I expect that from you. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble. Just some feedback.
I had to return the car after the initial service. I felt a little odd about the response to this. The man was ok. But just not what I expected. Like he was upset at me.
I hate saying that. He’s probably great. It was a big inconvenience to return. I just wish he was friendlier.
This was my first service after my excellent purchase experience.
I guess I expected more. I truly appreciate you listening.
