I just had my vehicle in for the 105000 mile service 2 weeks ago ($1500) and today had to bring it in for an emissions problem that resulted in a $1200 charge. The emissions problem is a known issue according to Honda's service bulletin and as such I really feel this should have been a recall. I will most likely not buy a Honda again as a result of this... had several high mileage Subarus and never had this kind of expenditure. Dwain was nice to work with... not his fault that I had this experience.

Randy was great, however no one told me they had to remove one of my car seats and instead of placing it in the trunk they placed it in the backseat so while holding a baby it was very difficult to remove that from the backseat to install it where it was supposed to be.
