I had to bring the Accord back after having an oil change it stalled in front of the Serra Honda. A part had not been plugged in properly. They took it in right away and showed me what occurred but it should never have happened.

I went for a check engine and they didn't resolve the problem nor did they tell me what the problem was and still charged me. If this problem comes up again I will return but wouldn't want to be charged.

I needed 3 new lug nuts to replace the keyed ones and they charged me for a tire rotation to do it. That would be fine but I don’t think they rotated the tires. I would have made a fuss but I didn’t have substancial evidence other than no other lug nuts looks touched.
