The service I received was excellent, including a ride to breakfast. The time of service estimate was accurate, and check out was so easy. Randy Howe was professional and courteous and kept me updated along the way. He brought my car indoors at the end due to the inclement weather. I am always pleased with my experience at Serra Honda Grandville.
