Cami was great! The tech who installed the battery left the battery terminals only finger tight. As a result the battery did not get recharged as we drove it. We were stranded for an hour or two in a parking lot in GR. When we finally got a jump start we drove to the dealership where you fixed the problem. We are thankful we were not far away. As it is this spoiled our afternoon plans. Please use this as a learning tool for the team responsible.
