I took my old parts that were replaced by Honda to a third party mechanic who told me that not everything that was done by Honda actually needed to be replaced and he could’ve identified the actual problem and saved my me hundreds. Instead the guys at Honda blindly threw darts at a board hoping it would solve my problem and hoped I would have no problem just forking over the cash. Once my initial quoted bill of $1600 was completed they called and said that my problem still wasn’t fixed and they would then need to do the front rotors/brakes IN ADDITION, which would be an additional ~$500. After complaining that I shouldn’t have to pay that much when they didn’t fix the problem initially like they said they would, they magically “found a coupon that can be applied that will save me a couple hundred dollars”. It makes you realize that they’re artificially inflating the bill. OH and I actually knew one of the Honda techs before he quit and found out they get paid based on performance. So if they can claim that 10hours of work needs to be done and it’s approved by customer they get paid for 10hours even if it can be completed in 5. These guys want you to pay up and not ask questions so they can make $$$ scamming you. STAY AWAY

Dwain and Terry (the "people delivery man") are excellent in their jobs! Both relate to customers very well. They are friendly, professional, and hard workers. Both are super representatives for your Honda dealership. (Other staff I encountered were great, too, but I didn't deal with them as much.

Great service, see how it goes traveling to Orlando. Certainly didn’t want any issues with the transmission. Next time make sure history is pulled up before adding transmission fluid change option since it had been done at earlier service date. Thanks for the work. Eric
