It was a very long wait for an oil change - my appointment was at 11 and we didn't get out until 12:30. I totally understand that sometimes things are running behind schedule but it would have been nice to know when I checked in so I could have kept my young children entertained longer before coming back to get the car.

After providing the make, model, year, and vin #; in 2 different conversations; I was offered an appointment to update my navigation system. I drove up from Kalamazoo, where I was told the update could not be provided. Once that was said I received very little in the way of apology, and how to proceed from here. He suggested I obtain a CD, from Honda. Com, but Honda support gave conflicting recommendations and said I should order a preloaded USB. I’m disappointed to have made this trip.
