The tire team installed new tire , did not press CALIBRATE causing WARNING to go off again after four Miles ,the Service advisor Cale was excelkent I give him a A+ The dealership failed , now I don’t know if new tire was balanced I pressed the CALIBRATE button at home Which fixed the WARNIN I was vert Frustrated to say the least

Took vehicle to have service done with no previous error codes. After having a pre-trip inspection done service center quoted thousands to have everything under the moon replaced. I was close to trip start so I said do it all so I have nothing to worry about. “It all” included 4brand new tires, 4 brand new rotors, and 4 brand new brakes. After all the work was done, I drove the car (highway only) for a measly 2.5k miles before a tire pressure sensor light presented itself. Very frustrated, I contacted Honda back and was met with your service manager cody. Cody is a phenomenal guy and handled my frustration well (a hard thing to do and I apologize for it nonetheless). HOWEVER. Part of dealing with cody was hearing him say that they tried it all and couldn’t find anything, so they reset the light and “to contact them if it comes back on”. Great. I don’t want to HAVE TO contact them again on my own accord, I wanted it FIXED then and there but I’ll deal with it to get out of the service center. THAT SAME DAY I drive to holland and ON THE WAY to holland the same light comes on. Problem definitely not fixed, and there is DEFINITELY a problem because I drove the car for ~10k miles without a problem and the SECOND I bring it in for service the light (for the stuff YOU worked on) keeps coming up when it has never before… Beyond frustrated with this whole situation, ESPECIALLY when you said to my face time and time again that “we will figure out WHATEVER this problem for you free of charge due to your specific frustrating situation” and you just cleared the code and told me to call back if that didn’t work. Granted I know a “dunk test” was done and nothing was seen, there’s obviously still a problem that needs to get identified and fixed per your service managers agreement.

I was initially told it would take 10-15 min, to have a key cut. I asked if I needed to make an appt and was told no. When I arrived this am, I was told it would be 1-1/2 hrs. Understandable, Saturday. After that time Kale came out and showed me filters that needed replacing. I understand up selling, but I had already been there for well over the hour and a half, and inquired about key. He said almost done. Gave it another half hour, was told just pulling it out, a couple more min. (I just wanted to go smoke, but didn't - couple more min). Another half hour went by, I was not very happy. Funny other customers in the waiting area asked, thought you were just here for keys when he brought out the filters. Anyways, It took an additional 20 min and $117 later. I'm happy to have a key, he had given me bad advice initially, which is another story. With the bad advice, a key cost me $108 in a body shop, 2 hours missed from work, thankfully key place didn't charge me, $117 at Serra along with more time off from work. On a positive note he was pretty accurate with an estimate of $400. Not really happy with service there.

Spoke to Dwain earlier in the week of a need for an oil change and asked when I could drop it off. He said Friday and would take 3-4 hours wait. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great service and they changed my air filter too—it needed it.
