I explained my issue with the car’s air conditioning malfunction and Dwain had the foresight to order the part that was most likely the culprit. Dropped off the car and all was fixed by end of they say. So very pleased…always.

I did bring this matter to the service manager…. He did find something’s that were not addressed as usual!! I find it difficult to believe that all of the 30,000 mile work was done . I would like to talk more about this matter.

I called to make an appointment regarding an oil leak found on my brand new Civic Type R with just over 3000 miles on it. Spoke with Tiffany about the issue found and where it was found. Pleasant phone conversation. Fast forward to getting a follow up cal in regards to what was wrong with the car I received a phone call from Cami. The same person who incorrectly scheduled my last oil change. I was told that an oil leak on my brand new car was normal, that die was put in the oil and to drive it around for 1000 miles and return. I asked about the level of oil and she said she would need to ask the tech about that, that’s all fine and dandy however, I do not need to be lectured on when or how often the cars oil needs to be changed. I do not wish to work with Cami in the future. I have yet to have an experience in which I get details about my car or a good feeling about taking it to the dealership in which it was purchased. Upon picking up the car she was asked if the oil on the engine had been cleaned up prior to it leaving the lot. If that is true then when it got home the oil on the engine would be the color of supposed die put in the oil. I don’t believe there was any die put in the oil, the oil on the engine got cleaned or confidence the leak was properly inspected. Extremely disappointed with the service department considering the sales gentleman I worked with was wonderful.
