Everyone was very communicative with me on my car. This was the most expensive repair I had to get done on my 2005 Acura and I felt very satisfied with the team at Serra Honda. I will recommend Serra Honda to others as well! I’m very glad that you guys participate with Suntie with payment plans because this helps me a lot, considering that I am currently in college with 13k in student loans.

My fiancé bought a 2021 Mazda at Borgman nearby. When his vehicle gets serviced, they take videos of what services are being completed so the owner isn’t kept in the dark about what the techs are doing under the hood. They can make recommendations with pictures and videos to show customers instead of just describing it. In 2022, how are all service departments not doing this. I sit and wait for 1 and a half hours to get an oil change. And I don’t even get to see the dipstick, filters, engine bay, or any evidence when it’s done.
