Upon arriving for my appointment, the customer service rep asked if we wanted a tire rotation since it was about the time to do one. I said yes since my husband and I have been talking about getting the tires rotated. The rep even gave me $10 off my total since I had a coupon for a cheaper oil change. It was great until I returned home and my husband noticed they tires were not rotated at all! We knew they were not because two months ago I ran over some paint in the road and the tire was in the same spot (rear passenger) as it was before I took the car in. Also on the diagram it showed the front driver being at 6 and rear driver being at 5, and according to the rep, that diagram was from before the “rotation”. I did go back and they issued a credit to my rewards. Later we also noticed two pins/screws missing from the bottom plate cover under the car.
