$79 for an oil change because I do not drive a Honda vehicle. I am fairly certain that if I decide to buy a Honda vehicle it won’t be at Serra.
I’ve spent a decent amount of money at your dealership over the years.
Dwain is the best service rep I have found. I am yet undecided that his exemplary record with me will be enough to continue my patronage with Serra Honda. Unfortunately I have a standing service appt in the very near future which I will begrudgingly keep. Some things just don’t make sense.

Phillip told me he could get it done then instead and it gave me so much time back to my day. He was very pleasant and I was pleased with the experience. Also I was happy with the price.
