The young man who took my keys and car when I first arrived did not make note that I was in the waiting area even tho he entered at least three times. I waited from 8:30 until 11:20 at which time I talked to the service person as I had not been informed of the problem with my car. I was directed to the lady next to him. When she was finished with her calls I asked about any service that was needed. She stated that she was in the middle of texting me. She was unfriendly and indifferent as tho I was a hindrance. She then told me the service that was needed and cost. I decided the cost was outrageous telling her I had to consider it. After calling another muffler shop I decided to have the service done there. I bought my Honda as well as all service needs at this dealership. This is the first time I’ve been treated in an unpleasant manner. After paying for the service rendered, I thanked her twice, she never smiled but remained indifferent.
I have always given positive praise to others about this dealership but after this experience I will no longer do so. Pat M
