I was happy to learn that I did not need the tire rotation I had scheduled. Being told that it was not necessary and not being charged for it makes me feel that Serra Honda’s service team is trustworthy. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the amount of time the appointment took. I had an 11:30 appointment for just the oil change and didn’t leave til 1:10. Thank you!!
