It has NOTHING to do with Dewayne as he is not the one working on the vehicle. My 2018 honda odyssey has been in countless times for the same issue and each time I keep being told it’s a result from a NEW issue and that every time it has been corrected. Honestly, I wish from the get go whoever is in the back servicing vehicles would do a proper check list for the probable cause(s) or my issue at hand I was experiencing. This it would’ve been repaired the first time I brought it in originally and wouldn’t have wasted multiple trips into Honda, time, gas, etc. all with 4 kids under 4 being a 45 minute drive “each” way.

This has nothing to do with the service writer, she did awesome! It was after that with the recalled Ridgeline. We have been left with no real plan or timeline. When you read social media, we are in for a wild ride, hoping the local team advocates for their customers, but at this point it does not feel like they are/can.
