Duane is excellent to work with. In the past they were unable to duplicate the problem. This time I drove in immediately while I had the problem. He was right on it. Duane is very nice as well as professional. I like working directly with him.

Overall good and efficient service. However it was the second time we did not receive the mileage sticker for the windshield. In my old age that is always a guide I use for my old lady memory issues. Lol. Also, my contact information has my address from 3 years ago, so we probably need to update.

When I found out how long it would take for the 60,000 mile service to perform, ms. Foley offered an early 7:00am appointment which I took. I dropped off my vehicle and went home to wait until it was ready to go. The only thing that I requested was a call or text message to let me know when the vehicle was ready because I had to go to work. I waited as long as I could, but no call or text. I went back to the dealership and there is my vehicle sitting outside, service completed. I go inside to pay the bill and ms. Foley is not there. The person that checked me out listened to my complaint about the lack of a call or text upon completion and apologized, but I’m curious how long my vehicle was done. I’m the one that had to locate my paperwork on her work area so that I could pay and go to work. The person then switched me over to a different lady who completed taking my payment for the service. I think I’m going to take my future business elsewhere because I’ve had to deal with Ms.foley and the other person before and had similar issues.
