She did a wonderful job and getting me in and out with an oil change. I was shown that both my carbon and air filters needed to be changed and offered to address it with new filters and the price a long with it. She was very professional when I declined and told her I could get them cheaper and do it myself. Overall, she did a great job.

Nothing to do with your service rep, and everything to do with needing to spend 20 percent of the value of the car to replace a clutch that honda admits having an issue. I was misled on everytime I brought the car in due to slipping issues. The problems started in 20k miles, oh it's just the turbo your feeling. Then 35k we could not duplicate the issue. The 50k oh it just needs the fluid changed. Now at 60k now it's toast. Successful delay tactics to make sure it's out of warranty. Not happy with honda!! Do not buy a Honda, if you need to use the warranty they will never honor it.
