Dwain was a literal blessing to us yesterday. Our home was robbed and our keys to the vehicle along with our home keys were stolen. It was a terrifying day and Dwain got us in right away & was so kind. I can’t believe how quickly we were able to resolve this & get a new key for the car that same day. He was very detailed and helpful and reassuring the entire way. Dwain deserves a raise. This is the best customer service I have received in a VERY long time and I will be referring this location to everyone I know with a Honda.
