The service person was on long phone call while I stood there infront of him waiting to check out. He then took another call that proved to be lengthy. Seems he could have put the second call on hold for the few minutes it would take to check me out. It was very frustrating. There were other service reps that seemed to be chatting with each other.

I was very concerned about my brakes that were making a grinding noise. When I contacted Fox Honda, they said that I would have to wait over a month to get an appointment. That was not acceptable, so I contacted Serra Honda. They got me right in…we’re extremely helpful and courteous. It turned out that my rear brakes had worn through the rotors, and the front brake pads were wearing thin. I had just recently had my car into Fox, for an oil change, and was not informed that I needed new brake pads. I was quite upset, as I take very good care of my car, maintaining it in a timely fashion. I ended up paying for rotors and brake pads. Driving my car with bad brakes was dangerous, not to mention more costly to fix with the added expense of the rotors. Serra Honda will be my new dealership. They were great with communicating with me, and helping me feel more confident in driving my car, as they replaced the brakes, rotors, changed the transmission fluid, and apprised me that the cabin filter will need replacing soon, and to evaluate the tread on my tires in the Fall. The mechanic Phil Price was exceptional. He brought my car to me for pick up, and gave me his business card, telling me to contact him if I had any concerns…What a great dealership with great staff! Phillip was kind and professional and he listened. In the waiting room especially by the desks I noticed a definite methane gas smell. I moved around by every available seat had a lighter but similar odor and I was becoming dizzy. I waited outside and became clear headed after several minutes. I now remember a similar experience last time I was there. Please let maintenance know- thank you

1) warranty work on driver side door trim panel, was applied but doesn't look like the double sided tape is sticking evenly. 2)small scratches on plastic after installing CD player. 3)This is the biggest issue I have with this visit and when I picked up the vehicle on delivery. Applied ceramic wax unevenly and tire oversprayed onto plastic wheel trim over wheels on body of car. Leather conditioner, there is still chocolate and white residue on front seats. The white residue was there with detailing when I picked up vehicle upon purchase. From 6/30 visit: Cale said on my next oil change they would address leather issue. This is how I see the Gold package. When applied the seats should be throughly cleaned front and back. I shouldn't see any dust, debree when I pick up the vehicle after this service has been applied. This service is very expensive and if I had known that the people applying the Gold package did such a poor job I would have purchased it elsewhere. I could over look it if it was one time, but everytime your detailers apply this service they do a poor job. They only cleaned the paint portion of the vehicle (poorly) before applying the wax. I shouldn't be able to see any water spots on the paint if it is done correctly. The leather in the back seats: There was still dust on the seat and the back of the seats. I'm not certain the leather conditioner was even applied. I feel I have overpaid on this service. On the positive, the CD player works wonderfully. I do appreciate the dealership able to provide me with a loaner, since there was issues with the install of the CD player.
