I was told 'a couple of hours' for my appointment and I dropped my car off at 915am. No one looked at my car until 2pm and it was not done until 5pm. I live an hour away from the dealership and made plans to hang around town for a couple of hours. I i had to wait for over 7 hours trying to find things to do. I am frustrated that better expectations were not set. The lady I worked with was great, but the service did not align with the expectations the dealership set with me. It is important to under promise and over deliver and that did not happen here.

Cami was very nice and helpful. I initially was never coming back to Serra Honda after an awful experience during my purchase process but I had an issue with my transmission/ torque converter and called to have it looked at under warranty. Cami and I think Phil were super nice and explained everything to me, a non car gal, in an easy to understand way as well as provided the solution process on what they would do. Cody called me and let me know my car was ready and that he was waving my $99 fee and I am very appreciative of him doing that. They got **** done, and due to my experience today, I will consider Serra Honda in the future for servicing my vehicle or purchasing a vehicle.
Servive dept/ management: get more loaner vehicles!!! I don’t know how many you have but it sounds like you need a lot more! Luckily my car is being transferred to a Toyota dealership to fix the issue, but cami told me on the phone there were no loaner cars for over a month!? I did purchase my car from you guys 2 months ago and was kind of pissed I’d have to miss work again AND find rides to and from the dealership and work for something that isn’t my fault/ completely out of my control. :(
