Dwain did a great job handling things for me. Unfortunately, a new backup camera is needed for my Pilot and it needed to be ordered and will be in approximately one week out. That will require me to make another trip from Holland when the part arrives. Obviously, that is not the fault of Dwain. I bring both of our Pilots to Serra Honda because of your excellent service.
