Cale Bemke, our Service Advisor, was helpful, efficient, and kind. I was very stressed by the problems our car was experiencing, and his reassurance calmed my worries.
I was informed of diagnostic findings and cost along the way, and the car was done and ready to pick up in a shorter amount of time than I had expected.

Thank for resolving the too weak and too small Honda hitch problem. The outside hitch specialists realized it would not have been safe to use the Honda hitch with our 60 pound bike rack, 50 pound specialized bike for my husband with knee handicap, and my 35 pound bike.

Very unhappy. I specifically asked for a two inch hitch when I made the appointment. It is a 1.25 inch hitch! We cannot use our expensive Thule 2 inch hitch bike rack! When I called Cam to ask what happened, Cam told us to buy a special part to connect to the 1.25 hitch. We just went to two stores. We bought one and tried out our Thule bike rack and the bike rack sticks out precariously from the back of the CRV and really wobbles. We cannot safely use it! We are supposed to leave on vacation this Friday taking our bikes. Very very unhappy. I was also told the appointment to install the bike rack would take 3 hours when I made the appointment. I arrived for the appointment at 9:55 AM. Car was not ready until 3:25 pm.
