Kim is the best. I took my Ford Fiesta for my first oil change and she had them rotate my tires, and wash my car. Besides that I want to mention the level of personal customer service provided by Kim was top notch. She took the time to chat with us and I can honestly say I’ve never had a service person do that.
This kind of thing would prompt me to buy another car at this dealership. She’s professional and friendly but most of all genuine.
