I was upset with a mechanical transmission problem in my NEW Ford Focus less with than 5000 miles. However ms. Kim Hawkins handled the event very well and made sure I was taken care of in a professional and friendly manner.
I do however remain very concerned that a new car had such a big problem which might be from the factory.

Appt for an oil change was at 12:45pm, but vehicle was not ready until 3pm. Vehicle was dirty inside with dirt/oil footprints. Vehicle was not washed as requested. Not confident that the multi-point inspection was done adequately as I was not informed of my wipers, which I know are torn.
In addition, while I'm waiting for my vehicle, a sales rep kept asking me if I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a new one. Really? Total lack of respect for the customer.
