Dennis is our usual technician and we are alway kept in the loop. This time we, Dennis wasn’t there when we dropped our vehicle off and Michael received our call. We received standard text messages but no follow up. I called the next day only to find that our car had not been “cued”. I asked for a call by the next day as we needed our vehicle. No call. No text. I had to call again and was told our vehicle would be ready by the next morning. Again, no call, no txt. I called and was told the car was ready to pick up. Service was done well but the customer service wasn’t what I have come to expect over the past 12 years. We expected to be without a car for a day, maybe two but we were without for four days.

Actually I am curious about the brake pads. I've only had the car for 8 months yet the rear brake pads are at level 1. It's also a service that isn't covered by the standard warranty it comes with nor the extra warranty I paid a lot for, so I find it a little funny that it wasn't at a level 5 when I purchased the vehicle. It seems like it wasn't done previously so that the buyer would need repair and pay full price out of pocket. There is no way the brake pads should be so low already after 8 months. Everyone was nice there though.

My initial reaction to service at Ken Grody was negative since they told me they could not even look at my vehicle (which was not driveable) for over a week. I was then told to bring my truck by to get a technician to look at it. From then on I was pleased with the service. The repair could be completed the next day after a replacement part for the ELD system was delivered. Ryan kept me in the loop during the wait and I was given fair warning when it would be available. The price quoted matched the final invoice. Thanks
