Chad always takes good care of me. He does his best to get my car taken care of when I’m having problems. I can’t remember a time when I was without my car, whatever the problem, for more than two days. I trust him and never feel like he’s trying to upsell me or get me to do unnecessary work which I’ve experienced at other shops in the past.
