I needed an appointment for a serious condtion related to a defective transmission sensor. The earliest regular such app't was 10 days down the road. I just showed up at 9:30 am on a Friday. Julio, the service advisor was very professional stating he'll do his best, though the schedule was overloaded. He understood the gravity of the situation. In summary, he arranged the issue to be resolved and the car fixed on that same day. It was not easy: he called the MBI, got the approval, arranged for the fixing of the issue to be completed on that same day. All of that was executed professionally, keeping me up to date at every single step.
He was very courteous, arranging for a shuttle without any delay.
I recommend without hesitation Ken Grody Ford for your car needs.
