My car was at the dealership for almost three months. The car is still not fixed. Communication came to a halt... Couldn't even get in touch to retrieve a car wash code so I could cancel my car was club. Very disappointed.

I left the keys for the rental with one of your service members. the car is in the parking lot. Thanks a lot. Please make sure the car is not unlocked in the parking lot next time with the keys in the ignition it looks like everything is still here but that is worrisome. When i bought the car in i explained the issue. it seemed the car was getting power all the way to the body control module but power was not making it out to the fule pump. The jumper wire i provided showed that the fule pump was working. I presumed it was a programing issue or a issue with the body control module itself. The dealership had the car for a week and after a week i was told that it was the battery. i had replaced the battery a 1 1/2 years ago but if your telling that's the issue okay. So i approved the replacement. You also reprogrammed the body Control module/ or reset it. After a week I started getting the same engine fault message but was out of town working. I'm back in town now and would like to bring it back in for the repairs. Basically itsc the same issue. "Message is engine fault " I did replace the negative ground on the battery that was showing signs of corrosion to make sure that wasn't the issue since my last visit. I feel after a week of not either funding real problem the dealership decided to replace the battery and reset the codes as all the same codes are coming up again. I would like to bring it back but I'm losing trust with your process . Also the trim and the passenger seat were never bolted back down or put back in place.
