While the repair of the vehicle was timely, I cant help but be dissatisfied that (1) an essentially new truck with 5k miles would have its power steering fail completely (2) the roadside assist service committed to a tow truck within 45 min but showed up at the 3hr time point and after calling - resulting in missing important discussions at the office of which I was directing (3) despite my inconvenience and in the absence of the problem originating with, I still had to pay for a taxi to drive to the dealership. Just seems I made all the sacrifices and paid all the price which is not commensurate with the $80k I paid for the truck.

I made my APPOINTMENT and had to wait until Chad was available to check my vehicle in for service. Chad heard my concerns and told me that I will have my vehicle done in a hour and 30 minutes. As promised my vehicle was done.I only one concern, after driving home and home after the service. The next day the brakes started squeaking. It only does this when I started backing out my driveway. Then it was stop during my drive. Overall I was very impressed with Chad's performance in quality of Customer service provider. Thank you for my sure my service was completed. Looking forward for my next service with Ken Gordy Ford.
