Joe & Ken Grody have aways a been great! We Purchased our first vehicle from Ken Grody Ford back in 1981. My only issue this time what’s the corporate could not get you guys parts fast enough, which seems ridiculous. I even called corporate, they were very condescending and try to act like it was your fault not theirs. That’s not the way they stand behind the dealership. My was really fiat in side, I’m sure The was do to having my car on just over 7 weeks. Thanks Carolann N

Chad was great. He is excellent and has answered questions when we call while on the road. When picking up my truck, I waited 20 mins after paying for my service. I was told that my truck, parked in the front lot, was blocked in. Finally someone checked on it and realized that it was not blocked in, handed me my keys, and said “if you’re okay backing it out yourself, you can take it”. Odd.
