Though I was disappointed the service was not completed in the window originally given, Chad made an effort to accommodate my inconvenience with a rental car voucher until the car was completed. He also helped me obtain a bag from my car that I had left while the car was being repaired. He was courteous and helpful throughout the process. My overall experience was good.
