We had an appointment for 11 am. We were not only on time, but arrived early. After waiting, we were told to come back at 12:30pm. Luckily, we live somewhat close but it was inconvenient. This changed our perception of your car care facility. We really had to consider whether we would return or find another place to get service.

When I arrived at my appointment at Ken Grody at 9:00am the service attendant informed me they had no record of aby appointment for me and they had no airbags ordered for me. I was not happy with this news. The recall rep was aware of the appointment. The attendant said they could order the airbags and call me back to set up an appointment to get the work done.
