Service tech Ryan was great. However I'm incredibly annoyed that the only way to communicate with Roush regarding the latest issue (active exhaust) was only through email and then waiting for a reply. When I went there the first time Roush sent 2 left side actuators. So I had to wait for the whole email routine again so you guys could order the right side. Well before the new part arrived the engine threw another error code and the engine light stayed on. So I brought it in for that and asked about the actuator. I was told you still didn't have the part in (a week has gone by). About 2 hours later. I'm told everything is fixed. So suddenly you DO have the part in. As far as the engine code, nobody knows why. I hope the exhaust issue is actually resolved and I have replacement parts and not just a jerry rigged fix. Fingers crossed that with just 3000 miles on the car nothing pops up... soon. :)
