The long delay in getting my car repaired. Joe tried to do what he could i.e. car rental etc. however having my car in the shop for 15 days due to service dept being busy and no time to exclusively dedicate to getting my vehicle done. A suggestion would be that when staff is out and service dept booked solid allow service managers to authorize OT and bring in staff necessary for unplanned car repairs. Having had regular maintenance previously at Ken Grody the appt went fine as visit was scheduled, so the issue is the times when cars break down and being able to turn around the vehicle in a more timely manner.

The logistics of getting in and out of the service area was terrible. Once there my appointment was not found even after showing my confirmation. This likely was there reason my vehicle took the entire day to replace an airbag. When I picked my vehicle up, my car trash bag was missing. Overall would not expect this type of service from a car dealership.
