I took my Ford Escape in for its first oil change service. In my past experience with new car dealers, the vehicle is returned washed and clean at the first oil change. Apparently this is not done at Ken Grody. Thus, there was nothing that impressed me with the service. It was the same I could get at any inexpensive oil change establishment.
