I got home after dropping off my truck for oil service and to reprogram my door lock because I didn’t know the factory code.The service team needed two dons to do the programming.I contacted the shuttle person to get a ride back to your shop. 1 1/2 hours later at still no shuttle driver, I asked a neighbor for a ride to your shop. I get there any was told mechanics were out to lunch. 1 1/2 hours later my truck was done, finally. Joe, your service writer was very helpful. The work just took 1/2 a day start to finish. I’ll be back.

I was quoted about two hours to have the service done and it wasn't finished until between 4 1/2 and 5 hours. I don’t mind waiting g a little longer for my car but more than twice as long is unacceptable. It screwed up the timing of the rest of my day.
